2. Data we collect
- Ticket form: full name, shop name, work email, marketplace, description of the problem, modules chosen.
- Custom project form: name, work email, marketplaces, budget range, preferred timing, project description.
- Payment: billing address, VAT number where applicable, and payment details, collected directly by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Ticket work: the temporary access and files you send us, and our exchanges.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, logged by our host to run and secure the website.
You provide this data yourself, except payment data passed on to us by Stripe (name, billing address, VAT number, payment status). Form fields are required: without them we cannot handle your ticket or request. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling based on your data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your tickets, your payment and our client relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Answering a custom project or meeting request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Issuing and keeping invoices: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Securing the website and preventing fraud: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We send no newsletters, never sell your data and run no targeted advertising.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by Tidiane Hubert (DataMarketLab) and, where relevant, by the independent expert handling your ticket. We use the following providers:
- Netlify (website and form hosting), United States;
- Stripe (payments, invoices, VAT calculation), Ireland and United States;
- ClickUp (internal ticket and request management), United States;
- Calendly (meeting booking, if you use it), United States.
Stripe also acts as a separate controller for its own obligations (fraud prevention and anti-money laundering); see its privacy policy on stripe.com.
Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention periods
- Requests that do not lead to an order (custom project, meeting): 3 years after the last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then 5 years (French limitation period).
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
- Access to your seller account: used only during the ticket; we ask you to delete the user created for us as soon as the work is delivered.
- Hosting technical logs: per Netlify's policy, 12 months at most.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions for what happens to it after your death. Email us at huberttidiane@gmail.com; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr/plaintes), or to the authority in your own country.
7. Cookies
The Ticket Marketplace website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Its fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to a third party when you browse the site. The payment page, hosted by Stripe, uses cookies that are strictly necessary for payment security and fraud prevention; these do not require consent.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Only the people who need your data to handle your ticket can access it, and we never ask for your seller account password.
